What to Expect During Your Initial Call:

  • Q&A Discovery: Your initial call with one of our team members involves a 20-30 Q&A session. This allows us to understand your concerns, preferences, and specific needs better.
  • Discussion of Needs: We take the time to listen attentively to your concerns and preferences regarding the care of your family member. Our team members will guide you through a discussion to ensure we grasp all pertinent details.
  • Schedule Visit with Care Manager: If we determine that we can provide the care based on your family’s needs, we’ll schedule a visit with one of our care managers. This visit serves as an opportunity for further discussion and assessment to refine the care plan.
  • Arrange Start of Care: Once all details are finalized and you’re comfortable moving forward, we’ll arrange the start of care services according to your schedule and preferences.
